Who are your clients for the 90 Day Signature coaching program with KT?

I work with people just like you who are highly motivated, hard-working, competent sales and sales management professionals who take pride in their work and want to do it well AND have a balanced life. Many aspire to the next level of responsibility, but know they need to shine in their current role. They want to be respected by their peers, direct reports and supervisors for their ability to empower their team to bring results consistently and profitably in a motivational environment. These are people who have been great producers themselves, but they feel there is room for improvement in their current role and they want to be sure they are doing everything possible to help their team succeed. Unfortunately, they find themselves with more to do than time allows, often feeling overwhelmed, dealing with high anxiety, and lacking time for self care because they feel they just have too much to do. They know there must be an easier way than working 50+ hours a week, fixing everyone’s problems and feeling frustrated and exhausted because they still don’t have the results they want. These are people who seek clarity, guidance, direction and a virtual hug from someone who has been there, understands the demands and struggles and has overcome it.

My clients are men and women who are leaders in a professional industry, many in the homebuilding and real estate industries.

What makes you different from other “Sales Management” Coaches?

For over 30 years I have walked in your shoes and in the shoes of your boss, and led the charts for a prominent national homebuilder. I have coached many sales managers throughout my career. I am considered to be one of the best in the industry of homebuilding, and on top of that, I earned an MBA in Leadership. I understand the challenges you face every day, externally and internally.

I will definitely cover real-world industry related best practices, and help you grow from a business approach. But what really makes me different is that I’m real. I’m authentic, and I get that we are all human beings trying to bring out the best in ourselves and in others. So I will ALSO work on the inner principles for success and look at your business and your sales results from a spiritual perspective. What that means to you is you get a wise-sage-meets-kick-butt authentic sales and leadership coach. I’m also very spiritual and I don’t pretend to hide it either. Because I’m not always delicate, you’ll always get a straight-and-to-the-point quick and honest response from me. Don’t get me wrong, I will definitely cover real-world sales leadership best practices, coaching techniques, assessing your competitive market positioning, and time management skills. But perhaps most importantly, you have me as woman who you can relate to, someone you can trust, someone to build your confidence and someone who will serve as your management consultant.

I was once a young sales manager who worked non-stop to achieve my goals. After I had children, I realized I needed to make some changes to my methods, or I would never get to be a part of their lives. And so I sought help, and I made changes. I want to share those techniques with you. Now I’m concerned with how to get your management systems in place and leadership style developed so you can confidently build and inspire a rock star sales team who consistently performs without you having to work non-stop. I want to share these tools with you so you can OWN your leadership role, enjoy your work, take command of your career and earn a great living while enjoying a life of abundance.

You deserve to have time off without checking your phone every couple minutes. You can be present at work AND at home. Life can be fun again. You may not always like what I have to say, but you can be sure I will always tell you the truth; the truth about what’s standing in the way of your success and how to get rid of it FAST so you can start getting results in record time. What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?

The 90 day one on one coaching program, 9 Steps to Leading a Rock Star Sales Team was created for current or aspiring sales leaders who are absolutely excited and dead serious about learning new practices that will make them more productive, build an empowered and consistently successful sales team, reduce their stress and give them a chance to enjoy their personal time.

The program is designed to help sales leaders of all levels, as the program is tailored to you. Some clients find themselves running around all day fixing everyone else’s problems with little time to do their own work and need immediate solutions. Some are transitioning from being a teammate to a team leader and are interested to learn how to gain the respect of their team as a new leader, and how to manage poor performance of someone who was their peer. Some are questioning how to manage so many balls in the air and get everything done in a day, and lead a high performance team and have a life. Some have been in their role for awhile and have a good team and are looking for ideas on how to take their team to the next level of performance, giving them time to really focus on their career aspirations. I work with all these people. All different levels. As long as they have a true desire to learn, I can help them.

As for characteristics, the people I work best with are action takers. People who are not afraid to try something new. People who realize they don’t have to have all the answers. The lessons I’ve designed were created so you can put systems in place within a few months (sometimes weeks!), which will lead to more proactively managing your business, building an inspired and empowered team who knows what to do, how to do it and achieves their sales because they are committed to winning, not because you have to micromanage them. They no longer bring their problems to you, instead they bring you the solutions. This is not a dream. It’s creating a culture of peak performance and competitive brilliance, and it can be your reality. It was mine. If you want to learn, I can show you how it’s done.

Being a high achiever who is hard on myself, I’m known to work best with other high achievers, people who are committed to their success no matter what, genuine professionals who are super-ready to get going and just want to know exactly what steps to take to build a high performance sales team. My clients are people who are willing to work. Willing to reflect. Willing to take action. For what type of professionals are your programs NOT going to work?

Please know I’m very selective in who I work with and I cherry-pick my clients, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for my programs and won’t get the results for which they would have signed up for. (It wouldn’t be fair to them.) The 9 Steps to Leading a Rock Star Sales Team is NOT for those who are afraid to make changes. Or who are financially desperate, at least not right away. It’s been my experience that people in financial crisis do not trust the recommendations I give them and do not do the work (probably because they spend so much time worrying about where they are going to get next month’s mortgage payment.) If you fall within this category, it’s absolutely OK. We’ve all been in times of financial crisis at one point or another. Do yourself (3) favors:

1. Work for a couple months, and SET SOME MONEY ASIDE and then call me. This will take the edge off and provide a little more peace of mind. Mostly, it will de-clutter your mind enough to know you can afford to take the action to invest in yourself and focus on your 9 Steps to Leading a Rock Star Sales Team assignments and the BIG picture. Once you start seeing the result of our work, you will be energized, your team will be empowered, sales will increase, and your stress will begin to decrease.

Doing these things will really help you get primed for our work. When you’re ready, call me and we’ll get you started. (I’m in no rush and will be here when you need me.) Personalities I won’t work with (without exception) are the whiners or the chronic skeptics, as well as individuals who consistently make excuses for not getting their assignments done or challenging every aspect of the program. If you are one of these people, I gently and respectfully ask that you not call and I hope you understand why. We’ll probably just not work well together and I wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair?
